Build in the open.

Independent technology lab building software, AI, robotics and open-source systems.

ONISCOR ships public systems in AI security, embodied agents, and planetary data — with source code, case studies, and running interfaces.

01

Software

Local-first tools, CLIs, and interfaces where the code stays close to the evidence.

02

AI

Security for AI-generated code, evaluation harnesses, and systems you can inspect.

03

Robotics

Public arenas for embodied agents — scored in the open, not in private sims.

04

Open source

Repositories, live instances, and case studies published for review and reuse.

Lab

Selected work.

Each project has a case study, source code, and a running interface or CLI.

NovaCheck

Security CLI · v0.5.0

NovaCheck

A local-first CLI for hallucinated and typosquatted dependencies in AI-generated code. It checks manifests, imports, and the install commands written in docs and agent files, then scores the rest of the same commit: secrets, sinks, supply-chain scripts, and explicit AI provenance.

B.E.A.C.O.N

Planetary science · 2026

B.E.A.C.O.N

Bayesian Earth-impact Assessment & Cross-source Observation Network. It retrieves JPL CAD, JPL Sentry, and ESA NEOCC data, matches the same objects, and shows source values side by side—without averaging or inventing a proprietary risk score.

About

An independent lab.

ONISCOR is an independent technology lab. We ship software where the code stays close to the evidence: security tools that show their findings, scientific interfaces that preserve their sources, and simulations that explain their limits.

The work spans a local-first scanner for hallucinated dependencies, an open arena for embodied agents, and a comparison layer for JPL and ESA near-Earth object data.

Founder

Aran Kair

Founder, ONISCOR

Aran Kair is an independent technologist building software, AI, and robotics systems. He founded ONISCOR to publish that work in the open — with case studies, source code, and running interfaces instead of closed demos.

The current public stack — VSArena, NovaCheck, and B.E.A.C.O.N — is designed to be inspected, forked, and argued with. The lab stays small on purpose: one founder, public repos, direct contact.

Collaborate with the lab.

Research partnerships, open-source contributions, robotics experiments, or security tooling — tell us what you want to build together.

We are an independent lab, not a constituted company. Every note is read directly by the team.

Open source

Inspect the work.

Repositories, packages, and live instances are public where the work benefits from review. Read the code, open an issue, or reuse what is useful.
